7 Waste Management
Technologies
ChemCare's TSDF partners are strategically
located throughout the United States, providing easy access
to seven waste management technologies: solvent recycling,
aqueous treatment, non-hazardous, lab packs, fuel blending,
incineration (hazardous and non-hazardous), and landfill (hazardous
and non-hazardous). Our full array of technologies and services
eliminates the need to source and manage multiple waste management
vendors.

The
ChemCare Network: 110 Locations, 500-plus Trucks, 60 Partners
ChemCare's network of locations, trucks,
and TSDF partners makes our service fast and flexible. With
more than 110 locations spread across the United States, our
branches are often a short distance from
your facilities. Mobilizing our fleet of over 500 permitted
trucks, we promptly pick up your waste products at your
facilities, consolidate them at our locations, and transport
them to one or more of our 60 TSDF partners. We also transport
bulk and truckload shipments directly to our TSDF partners
and, under certain circumstances, use a Univar USA Part
B location for temporary storage. You can arrange scheduled
pickups or request them on an as-needed basis. And no matter
the size of your shipment, you pay only the prorated portion
of the freight. |

Financial
Indemnification from Pickup to Disposal
ChemCare's financial indemnification agreement
provides strong protection against future liabilities. The
two-fold protection begins when we pick up waste at your plant.
We assume responsibility for your waste at pickup and during
transit. Then our TSDF partners provide financial indemnification
after the waste is delivered to their facilities. The indemnification
agreement is documented in a single handling agreement for
each shipment, protecting you every time you dispose of waste
products.
